Shariful Islam |
Shariful Islam is Founder,
Bangladesh Brand Forum. He is driven by the vision of transforming
Bangladesh through applying branding ethos among local corporate.
Shariful also runs the first Brand Consultancy firm in Bangladesh –
Brandzeal Consultancy Ltd, where he helps the clients in building brand
strategy that can guide their business strategy. Some of his clients are
Aarong, Grameenphone, ACI, Prothom Alo.
Before starting his own
venture Shariful worked in Unilever, Novartis and New Zealand Dairy all
in Bangladesh in Marketing and in Brand Development operations.

Professor Syed Ferhat Anwar |
Dr. Syed Ferhat Anwar is
the Chief Advisor of Bangladesh Brand Forum, and member of the working
committee for Bangladesh Brand Forum. He is also a marketing professor
at the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka for
over 20 years. His general area of interest is marketing and his passion
is research. He has been involved nationally and internationally in
innumerable research works and has more than 30 international and
national publications. He has also written books on research methods and
as part of academic pursuit has published large number of cases. His
latest effort is a casebook on marketing introduced by Philip Kotler.
Ferhat has been involved with national and international organizations
as trainer and consultant. As an academic, he has been involved as a
research scholar with renowned academic institutions across the globe.

Toffael Rashid |
Toffael Rashid is an
advisor to Bangladesh Brand Forum. He is British born but proudly of
Bangladeshi parentage. He is a globally experienced marketing
professional, currently based in Singapore where he works for
international advertising agency, Lowe & Partners as Global
Planning Director. In this capacity, he advises several blue
chip multinational companies on their global marketing strategies.
Toffael also spent 12
years working for Unilever based at various stages in the UK, France,
India, & Thailand. During these assignments he had had country,
continental and global responsibilities and in the process gained
cultural and business experience in over 40 countries across 5
continents. He also spent 18 months with PepsiCo based in Bangkok
as Director - Innovation & New Ventures; Asia.

Andaleeb Preema |
Andaleeb Preema is member of the Working Committee for Bangladesh Brand
Forum. She is also the Visual Editor of Bangladesh Brand Forum monthly
publication and Design Consultant for Bangladesh Brand Forum.
Andaleeb Preema is one of the prominent contemporary artists in
Bangladesh. Preema studied(BFA and MFA) art in Institute of Fine Arts,
University of Dhaka and got her fellowship from Global Art Village, New
Delhi in Painting. Her artistic endeavor has taken her from painting to
graphic design, from web design to developing concepts for corporate
initiatives.
Preemas works have received high level of appreciation and commendation
both in home and abroad. She was one of the feature artists at Manhattan
Art Foundation, USA for 2007. She got seven grants from International
Art Residencies, all over the world.
Her artistic grace has not only elevated the local art scene, she has
flourished in the corporate world as pioneer web and graphic designer.
She served as visiting faculty for Department of Architecture, North
South University during 2005-2007. Her pioneering work as Chief
Graphic/Web artist for Bangladeshinfo.com started the web movement in
Bangladesh. She is a freelance consultant of web, graphic and digital
art and director, curator of Preema's Atelier.

Mr. Mushtaque Ahmed is an
advisor to Bangladesh Brand Forum and member of the working committee
for Bangladesh Brand Forum. He is a graduate of IBA, Dhaka University
and is a practicing marketing professional with 20 years experience for
working with a Multinational company and next 10 years as an
entrepreneur towards building brands in the category of Hygiene Care and
Beauty Care Products (Toiletries and Cosmetics).He has some experience
in Pharmaceutical production and Marketing operation. He is also a part
time faculty for both East-West University and IBA, where he teaches
Brand Management.
As part of his entrepreneurial initiative he has set up his own business
of production and marketing of Soap & Detergent mainly for overseas
markets like India, Pakistan and Middle Eastern countries.

Dr Syed Saad Andaleeb |
Dr Syed Saad Andaleeb is in the editorial
board of Bangladesh Brand Forum monthly business publication. He is also
PROGRAM CHAIR, Marketing
Major, Pennsylvania State University (PSU),
Erie, and
have designed the major that is among the most popular majors in the
curriculum. Recipient of numerous awards for his contribution, Dr
Andaleeb is actively involved in the pursuit of knowledge creation at
home and abroad, both in public and private sector. His articles and
research papers have been published in the leading journals of the
world. Dr Andaleeb has started the Bangladesh Development Initiative and
is the editor of Journal of Bangladesh Studies.
